We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products (once opened)
- Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Email us at support@bestybuys.com within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
Step 3: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
Step 4: Ship the product back to the address provided
Step 5: Once received and inspected, refund will be processed

REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or wrong items)

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video and photos at support@bestybuys.com
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
